sombrías
-Musgo y terciopelo-
De los fríos museos abandonados,
Las antiguas estatuas
Ya no eran de mármol,
Eran, sí, luna, hielo,
Témpanos flotantes
Del silencio muerto.
Los sonámbulos pasaban
Por las salas del Museo
Y miraban las estatuas,
Mensajeras detenidas
En el umbral del misterio.
Hasta que al fín sus dos manso,
Trémulas de amor lascivo,
Se apoyaban temblorosas
Sobre aquellos cuerpos fríos
Mientras la luna crecía
En sus ojos, como un grito.
¡Oh magnolias en sombra!
¡Oh noche del Museo!
¡Oh luna! ¡Oh misterio!
En el aire se paraban
Las mil olas del silencio.
